Students arrive with varied home cooking experience but limited professional technique knowledge. During the first three months, you'll master knife skills, understand flavor profiles across different ethnic traditions, and learn proper food safety protocols. Many students tell us they finally understand why restaurant food tastes different from their kitchen experiments.
Development Phase

Technique Mastery

By month four, students demonstrate confident execution of complex dishes from multiple cuisines. You'll work with authentic ingredients, master traditional cooking methods, and develop your palate through guided tastings.
